About the Assembly

Room Reservations

Individual participants will be responsible for making their own reservations directly with the Hotel. To ease the reservation process and to have around the clock access for new reservations, the Hotel will provide the Group with a private web link for the attendees to reserve the special contracted rate.
Individuals may also call the hotel directly, toll free 1-800-CHELSEA (243-5732) or 416-595-1975. These individuals must also identify themselves as part of Ishkoday to take advantage of the discounted group rate. Callers who do not identify their affiliation with the Group will be quoted the prevailing rates and the Hotel will not make any rate adjustments after check in. In the event that these individuals call in after the reservation Cut-Off Date of September 19, 2025; reservations will be handled on a rate availability basis.

Membership Rates:

600 per person from member communities.

Membership attending assembly receive a special discount.

Non-Member Rates:

750 for 1st Person

700 for Second Person

650 for Third Person

600 for any additional persons
