Requests for refunds will be honoured, less a $50.00 administration fee, provided a written notice of cancellation and request for refund is received on or before 2026-10-09. When cancellation is received on or after 2026-10-10 no monies will be refunded. Persons who register but do not attend and fail to provide notice of cancellation are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions will be accepted up to 2026-10-14 and not thereafter. Ishkoday reserves the right to cancel or change the program without notice and will be responsible for refunding the registration fee only.
